| Andre is a pleasure to coach. He is extremely versatile, can contribute in a variety of roles and has a great work ethic. He clearly understands the game very well, and has a great athletic foundation, but can do some work on overall agility. He is super enthusiastic, a team-focused player. Can continue working on some technical issues and needs more games at a higher level to help with pressure situations and making decisions more quickly. PDL experience would be a great next step. |

| Head Coach: Trevor Ferrell 2012: NSCAA All-Central Region Third Team... All-MIAA First Team... 12 goals and assisted on five others in his final collegiate season. The 29 total points Hilson collected on the year put him third in the conference. Hilson scored 9 goals in MIAA action which tied him for the conference lead. |
