| Austin is a young midfielder with some good fundamantals and foundation. He needs to keep working on his game, believe in his skills and be more commanding on the field. He has good stature but can add some strength to help with defenders at the next level. Keep things simple. That is when he was most effective. Continued games at a high level (more NPSL, PDL) will continue to help him with development, playing at a faster pace, making decisions more quickly and learning how to recognize pressure situations before they become problems. He is very coachable, listens and was a pleasure to coach |
