Josh is high energy with a great work rate. He is a left footed left back who will get up the line. He can improve on the technical side with his passing. He tends to play the game at a high pace and can chose his spots a little better. Defensively, his work rate is good. Clearly a good prospect with his experience who can go further with refinement of these areas.
