Collegiate Basketball Career:
Did a lot in the playing time allotted to him... Avergaded 15 min per game. Played on 2 Big Sky Championship teams at Montana... played in the NCAA Div 1 Tourney and NCAA Div 2 Tourney... As a senior, part of first conference championship in school history... Member of 3 championship teams in 5 years... Used to winning... Showed the ability to carry a team at both NCAA Div.1 and Div 2 levels... was leading scorer in 2 games as a senior, while playing limited minutes... Scored in double figures 11 times as a senior, and the team went 11-0 in those games... At Montana, Easley was ranked in the top 10 in blocks in the Big Sky Conference every year he played there... Averaged 13.9 minutes his last season playing with the Montana Grizzlies as they went on to the NCAA tourney to lose to the #1 seed Washington in the first round... Easley played 20 minutes in that final game. Easley experienced 3 coaching changes in 4 years at the University of Montana. He then transferred to Minnesota Mankato State (NCAA Div 2) where he helped guide the Mavericks to their first ever outright NCC championship and a tie of the schools best season record at 24-7.
