Physical & Mental: Strong, quick. Understands the game. Knows how to make others better. EXCELLENT point guard. Very athletic and well-conditioned athlete.

 

Ball Skills: Excellent perimeter ball skills.

 

Offense: Good shooter. Takes it to the basket very well. Can create for others. Makes his teammates better. All-around good offensive player.

 

Rebounding: Good rebounder for his size and position.

 

Defense: Excellent defender. Can guard man-to-man and understands good team defense.


Game Knowledge: Very smart player. Does not make too many mistakes.

 

Strengths: Passes the ball very well. Excellent defender. Good shooter.

 

Opportunities for Improvement: More three-point consistency.

 

Overall Comments:  One of the best point guards in the combine. Very smart player who can help a pro team RIGHT NOW.

Hardy was awarded the Bob Duffy/Tucker Neale Most Valuable Player Award in 2002-2003.  He finished his outstanding collegiate career as the first player to record over 900 points and 300 assists in Colgate history.  Hardy had 949 points good for 24th place on the school’s all-time scoring list and was second all-time in assists with 355.

He played in all 28 games for the Raiders in 2002-03 while averaging a career-high 10.3 points per game and had a personal season-best 120 assists.
