Physical & Mental: Mental approach seems to be to take
it to the rim on every possession. Forced the penetration of the
lane on several occasions. Was able to get to the basket but had
a tough time finishing in traffic.
Ball Skills: Average handle but not a point guard. Handles
well in traffic around the basket but struggles on the break.
Too many turnovers.
Offense: Seemed to be able to get to the basket at will,
but was unable to finish in traffic. Inconsistent shooter with
not a lot of range. Missed shots late in the games when fatigue
set in. All or most of his shots are taken from inside the
paint.
Rebounding: Good rebounder from the guard position. Attacks
the offensive glass!
Defense: Good defender. Has the athletic ability to lock
down a guard.
Game Knowledge: Makes poor decisions with the ball. Forced a
lot of bad passes.
Strengths: Can rebound well from the guard position. Has the
ability to get top the basket. Explosive first step.
Opportunities for Improvement: Needs to finish more plays.
Either penetrate the lane with the understanding to create for
others or finish himself in traffic. Needs to shoot the ball
better to play the 2-guard. Needs to make better decisions as a
point guard.
Overall Comments: Hard
worker, great attitude and coachable.
