Scouting Report from 2006 Pro
Basketball Combine |
| Category |
Comments |
| Physical &
Mental |
Could benefit from cardio workouts.
Showed signs of early fatigue after just a few minutes of play.
Mentally, was difficult to read. Showed little emotion on the floor. |
| Ball Skills |
Can handle the
ball in open court and running the floor. Tends to dribble too much on
half court. Is strong on skill when penetrating. Needs to use the bounce
pass more on post feeds. |
| Offense |
Can run the
floor and can create opportunities to score. Would like to see more
outside range. Mostly demonstrated driving, layups and short jumpers.
Form can use some minor modification. |
| Rebounding |
Could crash the
boards more, especially on offensive end. Did not use very good reads on
shots and getting in position. |
| Defense |
Can be
aggressive and harrassing, but not consistently. Needs to improve
through lateral movement drills and agility. |
|
Game Knowledge |
Sees the floor
well for passing opportunities but needs to be able to get open and
learn to move without the ball. |
| Strengths |
Aggressiveness
and desire to play. Ball handling on the go. |
| Opportunities
for Improvement |
Lateral movments,
movement without the ball, fundamental passing |
| Overall Comments |
Tends to seem laid back in her
approach . Interacts well with staff and teammates. |
